Erin Giddings, PT, MS
Physical Therapist
Erin Giddings, PT, MS, was born and raised in Richardson, Texas. She attended Texas A&M University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. After working as a personal trainer for eight years, Erin returned to school to obtain her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from UT Southwestern.
With 16 years of experience in physical therapy, Erin has worked across various settings, including trauma, inpatient care, the ICU, and outpatient facilities. She enjoys helping clients of all ages improve their health, enhance their physical fitness, and reduce their risk of chronic diseases. Erin has a particular interest in treating strokes, Parkinson’s disease, other neurological impairments, generalized weakness, and fall prevention.
Erin continues to live in Richardson, Texas, with her husband of 20 years and their two sons. In her free time, she enjoys cheering on the Dallas Mavericks and Texas Rangers, as well as traveling, hiking, and exercising.
