Dr. Jill C. Mitchell, PT, DPT is a Dallas native who grew up in the Lake Highlands neighborhood. She earned her undergraduate degree from Tulane University and went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Texas Woman’s University in Dallas. With more than 13 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy, Dr. Mitchell has developed a broad skill set in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and promoting overall wellness. She has a special passion for working with hikers and outdoor enthusiasts, helping them recover from injuries and return to the activities they love. Based in Dallas, Dr. Mitchell enjoys spending time with friends and family, caring for her pets, and pursuing her own outdoor adventures.
