Ken Alamo became a certified personal trainer and has worked in large branded gyms since 2010. Ken found that some of the barriers that prevented his clients from pursuing a healthy and physical lifestyle included time constraints, intimidation of how to use exercise equipment, and lack of understanding of where to begin their wellness journey. Ken found that becoming a mobile personal trainer helped to negate some of the obstacles his clients were experiencing and was able to help them jumpstart their journey to becoming a happier and healthier version of themselves.
Ken specializes in corrective training, performance training, metabolic testing and conditioning, and KAATSU (blood flow moderation) training. Ken is committed to personal training as his passion and way of life while understanding the importance of the development of the whole person as part of health and wellness.
